Research Institute
The Law and Medicine Research Institute is dedicated to the scientific study of the intersection of law and medicine. The Institute primarily addresses areas where scientific truth has been compromised by the influence of trial lawyers and other non-clinicians whose interests are not the advancement of patient care.
We have divided the Institute into three main areas:
- Papers which Dr. Cotton has published in the scientific literature
- Analysis of important papers which others have published
- Areas of our research
The Institute is funded from Law and Medicine’s operational revenue and does not accept any outside source of support.
